What decides your band?
Just the number of active pupils on roll. Nothing else changes the price.

Pricing questions
Do you charge per pupil?
No. PupilDB is a flat monthly fee, starting at £150 a month plus VAT. The fee is set by broad size bands, so small changes in your numbers never change your bill, and archived pupils are free to keep.
Where is our data stored?
PupilDB is hosted on Amazon Web Services (AWS) in the EU, in Ireland. The UK recognises the EU as providing adequate data protection, so no extra transfer paperwork is needed under UK GDPR.
Can you move our existing records across?
Most settings come to us from spreadsheets or another system. Tell us what you use today in your demo and we’ll talk you through how your pupil, staff and timetable records can be brought across.
What happens if we grow into a bigger band?
We review your band once a year, at renewal, not month by month. If your pupil numbers have grown past your band, we’ll let you know in advance. Your bill never jumps because of a busy term.
Are all features included in every band?
Yes. Every band gets every feature, plus updates and new features as they’re released. The only difference between bands is the size of your setting.
Why do prices show “+ VAT”?
Our prices are shown without VAT, which is added at the standard UK rate. Most schools and education providers budget ex-VAT, and many can reclaim it.
